DUES PAYMENT
The annual dues for 2024 will be $475. This remains one of the lowest cost HOA’s in the area and we are proud that we have been able to maintain the clubhouse, pool area and common grounds without having to raise the dues beyond this level. Please keep in mind that as our costs continue to rise, and as the common areas continue to age, there will be a need to raise dues in the future. We welcome your input on such matters and look forward to hearing from you in the proper forum.
Dues are payable by February 29, 2024. There is a $10 per month penalty for any late payments, plus applicable legal fees, if needed. Please remit payment to:

Please remember to include your Wedgewood address on your check or an accompanying note so you receive proper credit for payment. As always, only dues paying households will receive pool passes this year.
ANNUAL MEETING
The Association Annual Meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, February 26th at the Clubhouse. At the meeting, Trustees will discuss the 2023 expenditures, the 2024 budget and issues facing the Association for 2024 and beyond. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you are able to complete a proxy form and e-mail to the Board or give it to a neighbor that will attend the meeting.
