DUES PAYMENT
The annual dues for 2015 will be $425. This remains one of the lowest cost HOA’s in the area and we are proud that we have been able to maintain the clubhouse, pool area and common grounds without having to raise the dues beyond this level. Please keep in mind that as our costs continue to rise, and as the common areas continue to age, there will be a need to raise dues in the future. We welcome your input on such matters and look forward to hearing from you in the proper forum.
Dues are payable by Saturday, February 28, 2014. There is a $10 per month penalty for any late payments, plus applicable legal fees, if needed. Please remit payment to:

Please remember to include your Wedgewood address on your check or an accompanying note so you receive proper credit for payment. If you are a renter, please make sure your landlord receives this notice. As always, only dues paying households will receive pool passes this year.
ANNUAL MEETING
The Association Annual Meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, February 2nd at the Clubhouse. At the meeting, Trustees will discuss the 2014 expenditures, the 2015 budget and issues facing the Association for 2015 and beyond. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you are able to complete a proxy form and e-mail to the Board or give it to a neighbor that will attend the meeting. The Proxy can be found on the Wedgewood website by clicking Wedgewood HOA Annual Proxy – 2015.
We will also need to replace one of the Trustees. We need participants. Why not you? If you would like to be a member of the Board, please forward your name to the Trustees at trustees@wedgewoodhoa.org – This is not necessary, but it is helpful. Thanks in advance.
