• • I  want to install a shed on my property. What type of shed is approved?

    • Please refer to the criteria outlined in Section 8: “Exterior Materials and Maintenance” of the By Laws.
      • The HPDE (plastic/ vinyl) is not an approved material.
    • All structures must be 8 ft from the property line on all sides
    • The plot plan of where the shed would be located and type of material should be emailed to wedgewoodcopley@gmail.com for review by the architectural review board.
    • All requests must have final approval from the Architectural Review Board before proceeding.

   

  • I want to install a fence on my property. What do I need to know?

    • Please refer to the Bylaws Part I, section 9 for information about needing to submit designs to the Architectural Committee for approval before installing a fence.
    • Please refer to the Bylaws Part I, section 13 for information about placement of the fence.
    • All fence should be 8 feet from property line. The fence cannot be in the front yard and if the fence has a “good” side it must face out.
    • The homeowner will need to have their property surveyed and then the plot plan of where the fence would be located and type of fence should be emailed emailed to wedgewoodcopley@gmail.com for review by the architectural review board.
    • All requests must have final approval from the Architectural Review Board before proceeding.

   

  • I need to replace my mailbox and post. Where can I purchase one?

    • Mailbox: The black metal mailboxes can be easily replaced. They are called Gibralter Mailboxes: Stanley Extra-Large Galvanized Steel Post-Mount Mailbox, Black Model #ST200B00. You can find them on Amazon or at big box stores. Note that the Extra Large mailbox is the size to match. You can find a tab about mailboxes on org.
    • Mailbox Post: We have a small batch of custom made wooden mailbox posts available for purchase. These were constructed by a local woodworker to match our neighborhood posts. Current price is dependent on our cost for construction. They must be painted white and installed by homeowners.
