The Clubhouse

How to Rent

Clubhouse rental is available for Wedgewood residents only and for those association members whose dues are paid and are in good standing.

Please book the clubhouse directly through your FrontSteps account by going to “my reservations and requests”, then click “community reservations” and then +community reservation at the top right. Select the date you want to reserve and it will be approved or denied within 48 hours. The required rental contract can also be found on your FrontSteps account.

Signed rental contracts and checks should be mailed to: Sam Wendt APM Office 5090 Park Avenue West, Seville OH 44273.

Fees

Two checks to be issued to “Wedgewood HOA” at least two weeks before desired rental date.  The first check is the security deposit and must be in the amount of $100. At the conclusion of your rental period, the clubhouse will be inspected for cleanliness, any damage and the return of the key, all per the signed agreement. If all of these conditions are met, then the deposit check will be destroyed.

The second check will be the rental fee and will be for $100 per day of rental.

 

Rental Info

Clubhouse renters MAY NOT use the pool, pool deck and tennis courts. This is for your safety as well as consideration of your neighbors using the amenities. Those found out of compliance will lose their deposit.

One of the clubhouse managers will reach out the week of your rental with additional information and reminders. Return keys to the lock-box at the end of your rental period. Keys may not be taken off the property at any time during your rental period.

 

Clubhouse Amenities

  • 4 round tables (5′ diameter)
  • 6 rectangle buffet tables (6′ long)
  • 45 chairs (all stored in the room off the coat rack near the entrance)
  • Smart TV available for your use. You will need to use your own login information to use various apps. Please just make sure to log out when finished!
  • Various kitchen utensils, serving platters, vases, etc. are available in the kitchen cabinets. Feel free to use anything you’d like
  • Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and other misc. items are in the storage closet between the bathrooms for your use.  Restocking these items and reporting the need for more is required per the contract.
