The Clubhouse
Clubhouse rental is available for Wedgewood residents only.
Please check availability on the schedule.
Homeowner must complete and mail contract along with deposit and rental fee.
Clubhouse rental is only for those association members whose dues are paid and are in good standing.
Fees:
Two checks to be issued to “Wedgewood HOA” at least two weeks before desired rental date. The first check is the deposit and must be in the amount of $100. At the conclusion of your rental period, the clubhouse will be inspected for cleanliness, any damage and the return of the key. If all of these conditions are met, then the deposit check will be destroyed.
The second check will be the rental fee and will be for $40 per day of rental.This check will be deposited into the Wedgewood HOA account after the rental date.
Clubhouse Rental Does Not Include Use Of Pool Or Tennis Courts.
The Clubhouse Manager Is Rod Criss.
Please email your request for confirmation prior to sending or dropping off the contracts and checks. Checks can be dropped in the paper box or mailed to 620 Waverly Circle Please include an email and phone number on the rental contract!

Please email or call for the combination to the Clubhouse lock-box a few days prior to your rental date. Please return keys to the lock-box at the end of your rental period.
