The Clubhouse
Effective June 1, 2017: Clubhouse bookings will be subject to a rental rate of $75 per day.
Clubhouse rental is available for Wedgewood residents only. Clubhouse rental is only for those association members whose dues are paid and are in good standing.
Please check availability on the schedule, below. Turn-around time for email response can be up to 3-5 days for requests.
Email your date request, and if available, a confirmation email will be sent with the address to drop off or mail your check. Remember to include an email, phone number, and your property address in the request and on your contract.
Homeowner must complete and mail contract along with deposit and rental fee.
Fees:
Two checks to be issued to “Wedgewood HOA” at least two weeks before desired rental date. The first check is the deposit and must be in the amount of $100. At the conclusion of your rental period, the clubhouse will be inspected for cleanliness, any damage and the return of the key, all per the signed agreement. If all of these conditions are met, then the deposit check will be destroyed.
The second check will be the rental fee and will be for $75 per day of rental. This check will be deposited into the Wedgewood HOA account after the rental date.
Clubhouse Renters MAY NOT use the pool, pool deck, and tennis courts. This is for your safety as well as consideration of your neighbors using the amenities. Those found out of compliance will lose their deposit.

**Please email for the combination to the Clubhouse lock-box a few days prior to your rental date. This is your responsibility to obtain! Please return keys to the lock-box at the end of your rental period. Keys MAY NOT BE TAKEN off property at ANY TIME during your rental period. Others use these for access as well and you are at risk of forfeiting your deposit.

Tables and Chairs: 4 round tables (5′ diameter), 6 rectangle buffet tables (6′ long) and 45 chairs (all stored in the room off the coat rack near the entrance)
Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and other misc. items are in the storage closet between the bathrooms for your use. Restocking these items and reporting the need for more is required per the contract.
