DUES PAYMENT
The annual dues for 2026 are $550. This remains one of the lowest costs HOAs in the area and we are proud that we have been able to maintain the clubhouse, pool area and common grounds without having to raise the dues beyond this level. Please keep in mind that as our costs continue to rise, and as the common areas continue to age, there will be a need to raise dues in the future. We welcome your input on such matters and look forward to hearing from you in the proper forum.
Dues are payable by February 1, 2026.
2026 ANNUAL MEETING
The next Association Annual Meeting will be held on March 5th at 7:00pm in the Clubhouse. At the meeting, Trustees will discuss the 2025 expenditures, the 2026 budget, and issues facing the Association for 2026 and beyond.
